Job Title: Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or Management

  • Master’s degree preferred


Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, Consulting Services, or a Training Institute

  • At least 3 years of experience in Leadership Program Coaching & Assessments

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Learning & Development

  • At least 3 years of experience in team management
