Senior Learning & Development (L&D) Advisor

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Learning & Development (L&D) Advisor to support the delivery of HR consulting and learning & development projects. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure the successful execution of consulting engagements, learning initiatives, and organizational development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver HR consulting projects of medium to high complexity while ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Manage HR and learning & development projects from planning through execution.
- Coordinate project activities with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to thought leadership through content development, research, workshops, training programs, and marketing initiatives.
- Support business development by understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, presenting solutions, and tailoring recommendations based on client feedback.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of entry-level professionals while coordinating external consultants and partners.
- Ensure effective utilization of internal systems and maintain alignment with project budgets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field. (A bachelor's degree with relevant experience may also be considered.)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, or HR consulting.
