Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
We are hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a leading company in Oman.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and valuations.
- Manage contract administration, variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Assess contractor payments and support tendering and procurement activities.
- Monitor project costs, identify commercial risks, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Quantity Surveying (Oil & Gas experience is preferred).
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, contract administration, and commercial management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
