Experience on large scale oil and gas projects from both owner and contractor perspective, with focusing on multidisciplinary ISBL / OSBL night works.
Ability to schedule priorities and multi-task within time and budget requirements.
Engineering degree, with 10-year more oil&gas construction experience or equivalent experience specific to complex industrial ISBL / OSBL execution such as all disciplines involved, Structural, and Mechanical and pre-commissioning works.
Strong HSE culture and safety leadership.
Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence critical decision agreements regarding safety, schedule and cost.
English written and verbal communication skills, Arabic or French is a plus.
Ability to encourage and work within a team culture in a multinational environment.
