Role Summary
The QA/QC Specialist will lead and manage all activities related to the Quality Management System (QMS). The role ensures compliance with regulations, promotes continuous improvement, and drives a culture of quality excellence across the organization.
Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations, standards, and company policies.
Conduct presentations and workshops for senior management on QMS implementation, awareness, methodologies, and performance improvement.
Provide strategic support for QMS implementation across all business units and departments.
Lead company-wide Quality Awareness and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen quality culture.
Propose and execute strategies for innovation and continuous process improvement.
Train and mentor departmental internal auditors, and assist in audit preparation.
Develop and maintain company-wide internal audit schedules.
Monitor and analyze the timely resolution of Non-Conformances (NCRs) and Corrective Actions (CARs) from both internal and external audits.
Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to QMS implementation, awareness, NCR/CAR resolution, and overall performance to senior management.
Support the preparation and management of service contracts related to QMS activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or an Engineering discipline.
Nationality : Omani
Minimum 10 years of experience in implementing and managing Quality Management Systems in a large or complex organization.
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and Internal Auditor certifications preferred.
Proven experience in strategic quality management, policy formulation, and implementation across multiple sites.
Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and effective in managing ambiguity and change.
