Role Summary

The Business Support Executive is a multifaceted role within a consulting environment. The position is responsible for business analysis, public relations, and administrative support. The role requires strong data analysis capabilities, effective internal and external communication skills, and the ability to ensure efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis

  • Conduct detailed analysis of business data to support strategic and operational decision-making.

  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing analytical findings for management review.

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify process improvement opportunities and implement analytical solutions.

2. Public Relations

  • Manage internal and external communications with stakeholders, clients, and media.

  • Handle company documentation, including regulatory and compliance-related paperwork.

  • Maintain vendor registrations and updates.

  • Manage tendering platforms to support procurement processes.

3. Administrative & Office Support

  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and office supply tracking.

  • Maintain organized filing systems.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.

  • Support team members with logistical and operational requirements to ensure office efficiency.

  • Respond to business inquiries received via email and telephone.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business analysis, public relations, and administrative support within a consulting, corporate, or professional services environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Effective stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools and tender management software is an advantage.
