Job Description
- Assist the HSE Manager in the defination and implementation of the HSE Policy and Management System [MS]
- Follow and analyse the evolution of the HSE regulation, plans for new regulations and Group HSE referential
- Develop, review and update HSE processes, procedures and tools;
- Support Operational Entities and Contractors in the HSE MS implementation and in the regulatory conformity compliance,
- Ensure that all risk and mitigation measures related to operations are identified and applied,
- Ensure that execution of works is performed as per the contract and Company HSE rules,
- Coordinate Environmental and Social studies as well as interfaces with stakeholders (HQ, authorities, consultant;
- Coordinate application for all environmental permits required
- Develop related documents to environment and biodiversity in accordance with environmental studies,
- Ensure the HSE reporting for the affiliate (KPI, reports, incidents…) and the follow up of action plan,
- Prepare/submit internal and external reports required by corporate, affiliate, regulatory agencies…,
- Ensure and organize investigations of process-related accident and incident and quality reporting,
- Participate in the selection process of bidders (Call For tender),
- Ensure the set up and follow up of the Company HSE Matrix Training with HR department,
- Organize HSE Contractor audit and HQ audit and follow up of recommendations (Maestro…),
- Ensure regular meeting with Contractors to improve their HSE MS further to recommendations issued from audits,
- Promote HSE awareness program, Safety Culture, REX/best practices and develop HSE training modules.
- Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders
