- Managing profitable growth of medical portfolio
- Support sales, marketing and branch teams as they drive business growth for this portfolio
- Management of Reinsurance programme and Reinsurance partner relationship for medical portfolio
- Product development initiatives as required including Individual Medical product
- Support claims colleagues in analysis of medical portfolio performance
