- In depth knowledge and understanding of Non-Life Insurance including,
- Product range, terms & conditions
- Appetite, risk factors, evaluate & quantify risk exposures
- Customer profiles, commercial market drivers, market context
- Routes to market, portfolio strategy and market positioning, competitors,
- Role of Reinsurance providers in supporting target portfolios
- Local market and commercial environment: emerging risks
- Ability to structure solutions addressing needs of clients while managing risk exposure to the company
