Job Description
- Working in supply chain management in FMCG
- Do whatever needed to keep Items available and use latest technologies to assure that and to ensure to keep warehousing operations run properly and smoothly
- Ensure that all processes complied with COSO/SOX and pass GSC testing
- Upload the forecast on SCP to generate weekly production schedule and deployment plan. Upload 6-rolling-month forecast on SAP/Oracle
- Monitor and track supplier performance through analyzing supplier’s KPIs and develop with suppliers’ initiatives to further reduce costs. Prepare weekly KPIs and share the result with all related parties
- Follow up RM saving initiatives and lead meetings with suppliers in this regard
- Set raw materials plans daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly in away meets the targeted DII and R&PM replenishment procedure. Review daily sales and daily stock reports to generate days-of-supply report
