Job Description
- Working in supply chain management in FMCG
- Ensure all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting is promptly submitted at required times / dates
- Manage labor costs in accordance with AOP targets by planning staff availability in shifts and control employees working hours, break plans & overtime
- To deliver company KPI’s: managing OOS at target levels, maintaining stock accuracy, ensuring FEFO compliance, optimizing productivity and pick accuracy whilst minimizing WH loss
- Lead and develop WH colleagues, providing daily direction and ‘on the job training’
- Maintain cleanliness of warehouse premises, conduct daily housekeeping and ensure warehouse condition is aligned with audit requirements and internal policy
- Manage their designated warehouse operation, labor / resource planning, scheduling planning of inbound, out bound deliveries
