Main Accountabilities • Responsible for researching and evaluating new technologies and selection of appropriate technology and products. • Recommend and apply security enhancements. • Monitor, administrate, configuration and support of Microsoft ERP- Dynamic and SharePoint Systems. • Monitor and administrate of Applications’ databases. • Monitor, administrate and support the IT operation applications: Time Attendance System, Access Control System, Enterprise Documents Management System (EDMS), Aspentech Process Industry Modeling System (PIMS), Aspen HYSYS System, Plant Intelligence (PI), and Historian System and other future applications owned by the company. • Managing the Interfaces between applications and other systems. • Ensure backups of all applications are taken, conducting routine restore, and DR drills. • Function as wholesome Applications Specialist independently or under supervision. • Maximizing applications performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with vendors for better optimization. • Comply with project plans and industry standards • Ability to document requirements and specifications • Analyze, define, and document system requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs. • Consult with key business users to analyze and understand functions to be automated, their needs, objectives, desired features, and input and output requirements. • Assist with the creation, documentation and maintenance of functional specifications. • Define, develop, configure, deploy, test and provide maintenance of enterprise applications. • Manage the E-Portal and Intranet platforms, identify new tools and implement them. • Define and implement the IT applications needed to develop the E-business. • Ensure maintenance of existing applications according to the agreed service levels (SLAs). • Assist in evaluation of various applications and systems. • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
