Undertake day-to-day Cost Control activities.
Play a key role in the invoicing process, managing invoices from various suppliers and project locations.
Support the Project Control and Project Team on all Cost Control-related matters.
Contribute to delivering the project on time and within budget.
Observe and enforce strict confidentiality throughout the project.
Monitor and follow up on project expenditures.
Participate in the purchase process, including creation and follow-up of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders.
Control internal and external commitments and cost allocations; perform necessary reallocations.
Ensure full administration of the RFS process (opening, registration, analysis, control, reporting, closure).
Assist with site man-hours follow-up and mobilisation plan cost estimation/forecasting.
Ensure the team completes time writing CATS accurately and on time.
Assist in establishing comprehensive cost control procedures, maintaining proper costing philosophy and methodology.
File all cost control documents and maintain filing system compliance.
Participate in the implementation of the MM module within the ERP system (SAP).
The Cost Controller will work within the Project Control team to manage and monitor all cost control activities during the execution phase of the project. This includes overseeing invoicing processes, budget preparation and monitoring, expenditure tracking, and ensuring timely and accurate cost reporting.
