Education Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering disciplines, Operations Management, or a related field.


Experience
At least 1 year of experience in technical/engineering support, operations, or similar roles.

Skill/Knowledge
  • Valid Oman or GCC driving license, having own vehicle is a plus.
  • Experience in analytics and reporting is a plus.
  • Familiar with technical and operational workflows; fieldwork experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook); familiarity with project tracking or engineering software is a plus
  • Self-driven with high attention to detail, capable of multitasking and working independently.
  • Willing to learn and committed to undertake additional responsibilities assigned by the superiors.

Job Description

A. Engineering & Technical Support

  1. Assist in engineering project documentation, drawing management, and submission tracking.
  2. Support field data collection, measurements, and basic technical evaluations.
  3. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants on project activities and timelines.
  4. Perform technical research, compile datasheets, and assist in basic drafting or reporting.
  5. Monitor project progress and prepare updates or summaries for internal use.

B. Operational & Site Coordination

  1. Support the logistics of on-site activities including delivery scheduling, equipment movement, and site visit preparations.
  2. Record operational data and assist with inventory checks and material tracking.
  3. Maintain contact with vendors, contractors and site personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.
  4. Ensure compliance with technical and operational standards.
  5. Work closely with other departments such as finance, legal, and project management for integrated project delivery and issue resolution.

C. Public Relations Officer (PRO) Functions

  1. Manage official documentation for visa processing, permits, license renewals, and other government-related tasks.  
  2. Liaise with ministries, embassies, and external agencies for submission and collection of legal and regulatory documents.
  3. Ensure all government-related procedures are completed on time and in compliance with regulations.
  4. Maintain updated logs of all PRO-related activities and follow-ups.
  5. Serve as an external representative of the company for routine government and authority engagements.

D. Administrative & General Support 

  1. Assist in organizing internal and external meetings, technical briefings, and stakeholder visits.
  2. Support document control processes including archiving, scanning, and formatting technical documentation.
  3. Manage scheduling, office supplies, logistics, and filing for engineering/operations departments where necessary
  4. Coordinate vehicle and travel arrangements for site visits and government appointments.
