- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, or ITIL are a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple IT projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Attention to detail in IT security and system management.
- Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Server, and network administration tools.

Job Description
Server & Network Management:
- Assist in managing and maintaining company servers, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Windows/Linux servers and Active Directory (AD).
- Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions within the Active Directory environment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, and switches
Exchange Server & Office 365 Administration:
- Manage Exchange Server and ensure smooth email communication across the organization.
- Administer Office 365 applications, including email, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Provide user support for email configurations, mailbox management, and access permissions.
IT Security & Compliance:
- Implement and monitor IT security measures to protect company data and systems.
- Conduct regular security audits and enforce cybersecurity best practices.
- Manage and troubleshoot antivirus solutions, firewalls, and endpoint security.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards.
Website & Internet Management:
- Support and maintain the company's website and internet services.
- Work with web developers to update website content and improve functionality.
- Ensure website security, backups, and performance optimization.
- Monitor internet connectivity and troubleshoot network-related issues.
Technical Support & IT Operations:
- Provide helpdesk support for IT-related issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
- Assist in deploying and configuring PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure regular system updates and backups.
- Train employees on IT systems, security protocols, and software usage.
