Job Description
Project phase:
- Be responsible for all MIE (Maintenance and Inspection Engineering) deliverables within his own field of expertise.
- Develop and maintain productive and constructive relationships with site-based personnel, office operations/technicalteams, external contractors/vendors and engineering team.
- Lead the setup and configuration of the CMIMS, ensuring alignment with project and corporate standards.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to collect and validate technical data from Spare Parts File by main Equipment (SPF-E), Spare Parts List by Equipment (SPL-E), Spare Parts List by Grouping (SPL-R) for CMIMS loading (equipment hierarchy, maintenance plans, spare parts BOMs).
- Coordinates loading of the spare parts data in to the affiliate CMIMS MM module.
- Participate to develop Digital Tools and applications to that are link with CMIMS
Within the framework of an integrated project team job holder will have to:
- Participate in the configuration, and deployment of the CMIMS in alignment with project and corporate standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and OEMs to ensure accurate and complete technical documentation and spare parts data.
- Ensure data migration and system testing are completed successfully before commissioning.
- Ensure CMIMS is structured and maintained up to date.
- Develop technical Scopes of Work and Participate to the preparation of call for tenders (CFT) of the specific maintenance contracts (SMCs) required for the operational phase like spare part preservation. Ensure all (SMCs) in his field are in place before the start-up.
- Define and validate operational and capital spare parts requirements in collaboration with maintenance, engineering and procurement teams.
- To ensure the quality data in templates before to implement in CMIMS (breakdown structure, maintenance & inspection plan, spare parts, Measuring Points & Routes review, spare part, etc)
- To be the referent and focal point about CMIMS
- Ensure integration of Safety and Environment Critical Elements (SECEs) into the CMIMS
- Participate in FATs/SATs for CMIMS-related systems and tools.
- Train maintenance and warehouse personnel on CMIMS usage and spare parts handling procedures.
- Ensure training and documentation are in place for CMIMS users.
- Ensure that all MIE deliverables are in line with National Legislation, Affiliate and COMPANY Specifications and Best practices.
- Responsible for specifying the technical training requirements for the personnel – Company or Contracted.
Operation phase:
- Being SAP key user, ensure correct use of the CMIMS. Assist on the performance / availability of the facilities, highlight miss-functions, compile relevant data, establish a diagnosis, produce corresponding report with corrective actions.
- Maintain, update and continuously improve the CMIMS database to reflect changes in equipment, maintenance plans, and inventory.
- Monitor CMIMS performance, data quality and ensure timely updates following modifications or feedback from operations.
- Manage spare parts inventory levels, reorder points, and procurement requests to ensure availability and cost-efficiency.
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure spare parts availability and stock optimization.
- Analyze maintenance and inventory data to identify trends, optimize maintenance strategies, and reduce downtime.
- Analyze CMIMS data to support maintenance performance KPIs and reliability improvement initiatives. To extract periodic KPI from CMIMS for Maintenance and Inspection.
- Ensure compliance with company rules and regulatory requirements related to maintenance data and spare parts management.
- Provide ongoing training and support to CMIMS users.
- Promote best practices and to improve the overall knowledge of SAP within the company entities by providing a quality assurance and consultancy service within the affiliate by mean of a systematic disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of UNISOL and the systems related to it.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to CMIMS functionality and spare parts management.
