1- Project Phase
- Owner of the Digital Road Map & Responsible for Implementation (scope of each tools, cost control ,RACI and time line implementation)
- Ensure each select Tools/Solutions bring Value to Business (Cost Vs value stream)
- Train or familiarize each Stakeholder as needed
2- Operation Phase
- Ensure Digital tools are deployed and proven effective. Consider Obsolescence and lifecycle need
- Ensure Digital Tool to provide the best performance for the company
- Update procedures, audit and training of People
