Job Description

Project phase:

  • Assist in the collection, formatting, and validation of technical data for CMIMS loading (equipment hierarchy, functional location, equipment data, maintenance plans, BOMs, spare parts).
  • Collaborate with engineering, EPCC, procurement, and vendor teams to ensure completeness and traceability of documentation packages.
  • Support the CMIMS & Spare Parts Lead on the MIE (Maintenance and Inspection Engineering) deliverables within his own field of expertise
  • Follow up with EPC contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to collect and validate technical data from Spare Parts File by main Equipment (SPF-E), Spare Parts List by Equipment (SPL-E), Spare Parts List by Grouping (SPL-R) for CMIMS loading (equipment hierarchy, maintenance plans, spare parts BOMs).
  • Assist in the creation and population of spare parts catalogues and Bill of Materials (BOMs).
  • Ensure that all MIE deliverables are in line with National Legislation, Affiliate and COMPANY Specifications and Best practices.

Within the framework of an integrated project team job holder will have to:

  • Support the collection, verification and implementation of data standards and naming conventions in line with company specifications (e.g., datasheets, manuals, drawings).
  • Contribute to the setup of the Documentation Central Center for maintenance documentation.
  • Assist and follow up loading of the spare parts data into the affiliate CMIMS MM module.
  • Participate to develop Digital Tools and applications to that are link with CMIMS (SAP) and DCC (Quantum)
  • Develop and maintain productive and constructive relationships with site-based personnel, office operations/technical teams, external contractors/vendors and engineering team.
  • Participate in the configuration, and deployment of the CMIMS in alignment with project and corporate standards.
  • Follow up data migration and system testing are completed successfully before commissioning.
  • To ensure the quality data in templates before to implement in CMIMS (breakdown structure, maintenance & inspection plan, spare parts, Measuring Points & Routes review, spare part, etc)
  •  To be the referent deputy and focal point about CMIMS
  • Train maintenance and warehouse personnel on CMIMS usage and spare parts handling procedures.
  • Participate in the setup, testing and audit of CMIMS and DCC platforms.

Operation phase: 

  • Maintain and update CMIMS records based on feedback from maintenance execution and engineering changes.
  • Ensure proper archiving, retrieval, and version control of maintenance documentation in the DCC system.
  • Assist team in locating and interpreting technical documents (manuals, drawings, procedures, report).
  • Extract data, generate reports and KPIs from CMIMS to support maintenance team and performance monitoring.
  • Support the Spare Parts Lead in tracking inventory levels, reordering, and stock optimization.
  • Assist in audits and compliance checks related to maintenance documentation and system usage.
  • Provide user support and training for CMIMS and DCC system users as needed. · Follow up with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure spare parts data is aligned with CMIMS records.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance data quality and documentation workflows.
  • Follow up spare parts inventory levels, reorder points, and procurement requests to ensure availability and cost-efficiency.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to CMIMS functionality and spare parts management.

Additional certification in CMIMS systems, Document Control, or Asset Management is a plus. A background in engineering documentation or maintenance systems is also acceptable.
