Education Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
Experience
Minimum 5 years in oil & gas construction projects, with strong involvement in Civil and Structural works within complex ISBL (Inside Battery Limits) scopes. Experience from both owner and contractor perspectives is preferred.
Skill/Knowledge
- Expertise in O&G construction activities and EPC design
- Strong understanding of civil and steel structural engineering
- High-level HSE awareness and safety leadership
- Commissioning and pre-commissioning experience
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Project and documentation control knowledge
- Team management, multicultural collaboration, and coordination
- Fluent in English (Arabic or French is a plus)

Job Description
The ISBL Supervisor (Civil/Structural) will play a key role in supporting the ISBL Superintendent in overseeing construction activities within the company Bunkering Project. Based in Sohar, Oman, this position ensures that all civil and structural works in the ISBL scope are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications. Responsibilities include reviewing contractor deliverables, coordinating site interfaces, participating in audits, supporting pre-commissioning activities, contributing to construction reporting and progress tracking, and facilitating smooth project execution in line with company standards.
