Experience
Minimum 10 years of oil & gas construction experience, with strong exposure to large-scale multidisciplinary ISBL (Inside Battery Limits) works including Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Telecommunication scopes.
Skill/Knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of O&G process and construction practices
- Strong leadership in HSE and project safety management
- EPC design and engineering understanding
- Pre-commissioning and commissioning oversight
- Team management and multicultural awareness
- Effective communication, negotiation, time management, and reporting
- Ability to handle interface coordination and construction planning
- Familiarity with Omani norms and practices is a plus
- English fluency (Arabic/French is a plus)

Job Description
The ISBL Superintendent will be based in Sohar, Oman, as part of the company Bunkering Project. The role entails overseeing and coordinating all construction activities within the ISBL scope, ensuring strict adherence to HSE standards, project timelines, and technical requirements. You will work closely with the Construction Manager and other stakeholders to manage site activities, review contractor deliverables, resolve issues, monitor progress, and ensure project execution aligns with company standards and objectives. This position plays a key role in supporting pre-commissioning and final handover activities.
