Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management or a similar role.

Job Description
- Maintain accurate records of assets throughout their lifecycle (acquisition, movement, maintenance, and disposal)
- Prepare and submit detailed asset management reports in Arabic and English
- Monitor asset performance and support optimization strategies
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and asset management policies
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing accurate asset data
- Write, edit, and proofread research reports, investment briefs, and white papers.
- Prepare reports in Arabic, ensuring high linguistic quality and accuracy.
- Translate complex financial concepts into clear, accessible content for various stakeholders.
- Support the development of presentations and documentation for internal and external use.
