Job Description

Human Resources Management
1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and vision.
2. Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.
3. Lead the development and implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
4. Design and manage employee training, career development programs, and succession planning.
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and corporate HR policies.
6. Develop and oversee employee engagement and wellness initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
7. Handle complex employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Administrative Operations
8. Oversee the company’s administrative functions to ensure operational efficiency.
9. Develop and manage budgets for human resources and administrative functions, including office operations and facility management.
10. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all administrative activities.
11. Supervise and manage office logistics, vendor relationships, and procurement activities.
12. Maintain accurate and updated company records, legal documents, and correspondence.

Information Technology Management
13. Develop and implement IT strategies to support organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.
14. Oversee IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity measures to ensure uninterrupted operations.
15. Lead digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of new technologies and process automation.
16. Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and technology investments to ensure cost-effectiveness.
17. Ensure data protection and compliance with relevant IT regulations.
18. Coordinate IT support services to resolve system issues promptly and efficiently.

Strategic Leadership & Reporting
19. Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on HR, Administration, and IT-related matters.
20. Analyze and report on key HR, administrative, and IT metrics to guide decision-making.
21. Lead cross-departmental collaboration to ensure alignment of HR, admin, and IT strategies with organizational priorities.
22. Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies and service providers.
23. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR, administrative, and IT processes.
