·        Design the projects’ ICV Pre-Award Contracting Strategy

·        Ensure project compliance with ICV contract awarding requirements.

·        Report & Monitor projects according to ICV requirements.

·        Handle project ICV Non-Compliance.

·        Define objectives, processes, and selection criteria.

·        Report and monitor different programs during the execution phase.

·         Evaluate business opportunities within the organization and offer them to local corporate and potential local partners.

·        Work closely with external stakeholders to identify potential demands that can be aggregated to create more ICV opportunities.

·         Handle vendor ICV Non-Compliance. Participate in strategic negotiations with vendors for high-value purchases

·        Organize and keep the ICV related documents and records.

·        Assist vendors with tender criteria to meet ICV requirements.

·        Ensure compliance with ICV contract awarding requirements.

·        Validate the Contractors’ reported ICV data.

·        Report the vendor’s ICV Non-Compliance.
