Job Description
  1. To spread learning & coaching culture across the organization
  2. Manage and arrange mentoring and coaching session and ensure employees are having necessary knowledge and skills to undertake their roles and responsibilities to meet business requirements
  3. Identifying training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
  4. Managing and monitoring training budget / cost control of the Assignment of International Assignment (Internal domestic, and International)
  5. Designing and developing training need analysis and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs (Competency Framework/IDP)
  6. Working closely with department managers as a business partner for learning & development as well as, other human resources activities such as: recruitment, employee retention schemes, and employee relation
  7. Managing the delivery of training and development programmers and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the organization
  8. Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met.
  9. Evaluating training and development programs.
  10. Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment.
  11. Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses.
  12. Increasingly, having an understanding of e-learning techniques.
  13. Becomes partner to leaders across organization regarding policies, procedures and methodologies related to HR matters to achieve alignment of high-quality work program with Oman labor law and business strategy by preparing company policies and procedures of different aspects as per business requirements.
