Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
- Oversee the recruitment process to attract and select qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, facilitating their integration into the company culture and providing necessary training.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new employees have a smooth and productive transition into the company
HR Strategy and Planning
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Analyze HR trends and best practices to recommend improvements in talent acquisition, employee retention, performance management, and employee development.
Employee Relations
- Build and maintain positive employee relations by fostering a supportive and inclusive work culture.
- Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Promote effective communication channels to encourage open dialogue between employees and management.
Performance Management
- Implement and manage performance evaluation processes to assess employee performance and support their professional growth.
