Job Description

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding

  • Oversee the recruitment process to attract and select qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, facilitating their integration into the company culture and providing necessary training.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new employees have a smooth and productive transition into the company

HR Strategy and Planning

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Analyze HR trends and best practices to recommend improvements in talent acquisition, employee retention, performance management, and employee development.

Employee Relations

  • Build and maintain positive employee relations by fostering a supportive and inclusive work culture.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Promote effective communication channels to encourage open dialogue between employees and management.

Performance Management

  • Implement and manage performance evaluation processes to assess employee performance and support their professional growth.
  • Work with managers to provide feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.

Employee Development and Training

  • Identify learning and development needs within the organization and coordinate training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
  • Support career development initiatives to retain top performers and promote internal mobility.

HR Technology Management: 

  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration and functionality of HR systems, while ensuring data security and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of HR technology platforms, such as ERP systems, payroll systems, applicant tracking systems, performance management software, and other relevant tools.
  • Lead technology-related projects, including software implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Collaborate with the HR team and management to develop and review competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain talent.
  • Ensure the company's compensation structure is fair, transparent, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices comply with legal requirements.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality and security.

Change Management:

  • Lead HR-related change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational changes and growth.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize HR data and analytics tools to provide meaningful insights into employee trends, turnover rates, performance metrics, and other key HR indicators.
  • Develop and present regular reports to senior management, enabling data-driven decision making and proactive HR strategy development.
