KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The Financial Reporting specialist is responsible for preparation of financial reports, ensuring

accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and other applicable financial regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors.
• Prepare the necessary audit schedules and provide supporting documentation.
• Address and resolve any audit findings or issues.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide technical accounting support to the finance team and other departments.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Provide insights to management based on financial analysis.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), ACCA, CA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in financial reporting, public accounting, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and other relevant accounting standards.
• Experience with financial reporting software and ERP systems is preferred in SAP.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
