Education Qualification
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certification (such as SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage.


Experience
A minimum of 3+ years of experience in an HR role, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR functions and practices. Experience in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development is essential.

Skill/Knowledge

-          Language Skills: Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce.

 

-          Labor Law Knowledge: Direct experience with labor law and regulatory compliance is highly desirable. Understanding of Oman Labour Law and its application in the workplace.

 

-          Additional Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software tools.

Job Description

-          Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

-          Assist in bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

-          Aid in the recruitment and selection process.

-          Help support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

-          Contribute to the development and monitoring of overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

-          Assist in nurturing and enhancing a positive working environment.

-          Support the management of the company’s performance appraisal system to drive high performance.

-          Help oversee pay plans and benefits programs.

-          Assess training needs and coordinate the implementation and monitoring of training programs.

-          Assist with departmental and individual scorecard management.

-          Coordinate with legal counsel to ensure company practices comply with Oman Labor Law.
