Job Description
- Communicate with local project stakeholders under the direction of the Project Director.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Director.
- Act as a point of contact together with project director with all related governmental entities.
- Build and maintain relationships with government officials, and other key local entities to maintain project goals.
- Represent the project team at local meetings, hearings, and other relevant events to ensure all project goals and concerns are addressed.
- Act as a point of contact for local suppliers, contractors and maintain positive relationships.
- Provide administration support as needed on tendering, procurement and other processes.
- Follow-up and maintain all local official correspondences with local partners and governmental entities. (documents, letters and etc.)
- Assist Project Director for claim management procedures.
- Assist with the organization and delivery of workshops, meetings, and other project events.
- Maintain project documentation and records, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
- Assist in the preparation of project presentations, reports, and other project-related materials.
- Support the collation of internal and external reporting documentation
- Assist the Project Manager with forecasting and managing budgets
- Assist with project travel and visa arrangements as and when required
- Assists with the drafting of contracts
- Tracking local project expenses
