- Highly proficient in a wide range of IT Infrastructure, Physical & IT security systems, DC operations, Telecoms and various operating systems, among others.
- Result-oriented Professional with more than 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management, Installation & Configuration, Project Execution, Troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Hands-on-experience in conducting several meetings with customer to understand their need and finalizing the Bill of Material
- Expertise in pre-sales and solution architect in IT infrastructure (Server/Networks/ Security/Storage/Backup/Virtualization/Cloud computing & Disaster Recovery Solutions), expert knowledge in atleast 2 domains are mandatory
- Preparation of HLD, LLD and Scope of Work as per customer's requirement
- Capable of delivering large-scale, complex solutions with a focus on technology transformation; collaborated with leadership teams to evaluate and solve technology challenges
- Knowledgeble in PMO methodlogies, service delivery, UAT, SAT etc

Job Description
- Managing presales\postsales and client interaction\interfaces, building relations with stakeholders
- Translate project specific information requirements into efficient system configurations and related user instructions
- Prepare functional specification and manage the development and implementation of project specific applications and/or interfaces. Deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensure quality and integrity of the system
- Analyze business processes, procedures and work practices and recommending improvements to business and systems performance
- Co-ordination with design\FEED\EPC\EPCC teams and technical clarifications for clients\vendors
- Support the project team in achieving compliance with the Clients specification and meeting the operational and business objectives of the project.
- Working withing various standards like service delivery standards of ITIL v3, ISMS standards ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS for financial domains.
- Prepare project estimates and control spending within the allocated budgets
- Contract management and stakeholder management
- Vendor, Distribution and reseller management
- Achieving annual revenue and profitability targets
- Improving existing customer base and on boarding new clients
- Prepare the techincal and sales stratergy for IT department
