- Proven advance experience in overhead line design using Power Line Systems (PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, and TOWER). Minimum of 5 years is required.
- Familiarity with overhead line codes and specifications.
- Proficiency in creating material take-offs for various pole structures using PLS-CADD .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to perform site visits, meet clients and collect relevant data.
- Proficiency in utilizing Google Earth, ArcGis, Global Mapper and similar applications and integrate geospatial data for the OHL design.
- Previous experience in training and mentoring junior engineers is preferred.
