Job Description
- Interacting with customers over phone & by email for:
- Getting approvals for repair estimates
- Conveying any repair related information
- Prioritizing tasks to ensure timely fulfilment of SLAs
- Handling the basic level queries of customers
- Handling customer complaints and follow-ups
- Interacting with retail outlets for any service related queries
- Coordinating with the respective internal team members for finding solutions of issues
- Escalating of relevant issues to Managers
