To gain experience in SAP MII skills; SAP Technical skills and business knowledge to ensure the system meets the business requirements.

Develop and Implement for all technical aspects of SAP MII  applications

• Perform the role of Technical member in SAP team
• Track, utilize and update the ticketing system
• Analyze the issue and provide the support
• Validate and carry out the technical coding
• Monitor and manage the MII User Creation, Modification, Role assignment & Modification
• Participate in teaching and training members of work team/end users
• Update and keep the relevant documents for audit and future reference purposes
• Take part in internal business requirement meetings and analyze workflows
• Any other activities assigned as per the need of the team / organization
• Support the business for
  • MII Applications support
  • SAP Technical support

 Assist  the Senior  in performing the following mentioned activities in the Business systems:

• Address employee/user requests for maintenance and assistance
• Prepare the Appropriation/Change Requests and see it through to its final stage
• Translate user business requirements into general & detailed functional designs for development, testing and implementation
• Conduct and action risk analyses
• Manage the users and the relevant project expectations in terms of functionalities, cost and schedule
• Perform to achieve the Project delivery schedule
• Manage and conduct user acceptance testing
• Manage Change Request with further documentation
• Prepare and update the process documents then and there
• Adhere the objectives set in performance management system
